Carrie is known for her pioneering work launching the Centerbridge Foundation and leading other impact-focused initiatives at the firm. The mission of the Centerbridge Foundation is to increase access to educational and economic opportunities for young people so that they can achieve their full potential.

Summer fellows have interned with local and international nonprofits, NGOs, and social ventures, including the Robin Hood Foundation, the NY Department of Education, Enterprise Solutions to Poverty, and Endeavor.
