Meet The Students — Summer Fellows 2012
A select group of students from Columbia's Business School elect to spent their summers engaged in ventures that create social and environmental value, beyond the traditional MBA summer internship.
The fellowships take place at nonprofit, government or nongovernmental organizations, for-profit and nonprofit social ventures, and social venture capital firms. Fellows help organizations across a range of projects and issues, including strategic planning, start-up business plan development, marketing and product strategies, financial analysis, operational improvements, and performance evaluation.
