Matthew James

Vice President, Greystone & Co., Inc.

Matthew James works with the investment banking and finance group at Greystone where his duties include finding new money sources, developing new lines and supporting existing lines of business. Matt is a member of Greystone's Affordable Housing SWAT Team, and works to develop Community Development and Affordable Housing initiatives. Prior to joining Greystone Matt was a Community Development Manager with Fannie Mae's American Communities Fund. Matt was also an investment and mortgage banker for GMAC Commercial Holdings specializing in Student Loan acquisitions and Affordable Housing Finance. Matt holds a Master's of International Business from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a BA in International Studies from The American University.
