Speaker Biographies

Rita Louh

Deputy Chief Program Officer, New Leaders for New Schools

Rita Louh is Deputy Chief Program Officer at New Leaders for New Schools, an organization dedicated to fostering high achievement for all students through attracting, training, and supporting principals for urban public schools. At New Leaders, Rita is responsible for the integration and codification of the key program elements - curriculum, coaching, and support. Prior to joining the organization, Rita was a consultant with The Bridgespan Group, a non-profit strategy consulting organization. At Bridgespan, she served a number of direct service organizations and foundations - including those working in youth development, charter management, and adult learning - on program and organizational strategy, board development, growing to scale, and financial sustainability. Rita graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Social Studies and Economics, and from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was Co-Chair of the Public Management Program.
