Rodney North

The Answer Man, Equal Exchange

Rodney North is The Answer Man for Equal Exchange. In this role he serves as an all-purpose resource for Equal Exchange staff, the public and researchers, as well as handling the company's media relations. He has been with Equal Exchange since 1996, he is a worker-owner, and a member of the co-op's Board of Directors.

He is also one of the lucky members of Equal Exchange's Chocolate committee. In that role he traveled to Peru in 2004 to visit with some of the organic cocoa farmers that work with Equal Exchange.

Rodney studied at Dalhousie University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he obtained an Honours B.A. in International Development, with a focus on Economics.rnorth@equalexchange.com
