Clint Wilder is contributing editor at Clean Edge, a San Francisco-based research and strategy firm focused on renewable energy and other clean technologies. He writes the monthly CE Views column on the Clean Edge web site, co-authors the firm’s annual Clean Energy Trends Report, and researches and writes custom reports for Clean Edge clients in industry, finance, government and the NGO sector. Before joining Clean Edge in 2002, he covered the high tech and Internet industries for more than 15 years.

Mr. Wilder’s book The Clean Tech Revolution: The Next Big Growth and Investment Opportunity (with co-author Ron Pernick) will be published by HarperCollins in 2007.

Mr. Wilder is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events, including the 2006 Wharton Business School Private Equity Conference. He is also a programming advisor on environmental and energy-related issues to Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, N.Y., a 130-year-old summer educational and cultural community.

Mr. Wilder holds a B.A. in history from Yale University. An avid reader, hiker, traveler, and baseball fan, Mr. Wilder lives in Sausalito, California, with his wife, artist Ellie Barrett Wilder.
