Frank Vogl is President of Vogl Communications, Inc. of Washington DC. Mr. Vogl is a co-founder and Board director of Transparency International and served three terms as TI’s Vice Chairman (1993-2002). He is the co-founder and a member of the Board of the Partnership for Transparency Fund and the Publisher of www.EthicsWorld.com.

Mr. Vogl is a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development; a former member of the Board of the Ethics Resource Center (1998-2006); and, a member of the International Advisory Council of the New Israel Fund.

A graduate of Leeds University in the U.K., Mr. Vogl was a foreign correspondent for Reuters and for The Times (London) from 1968-’81 in Europe and in the United States. He served as the chief spokesman, communications advisor to the president and Director of Information at the World Bank from 1981-’90. Mr. Vogl lectures and writes extensively on international economics, ethics and corruption.
