Henry L. Waller ’05 works on the 1500 Garden Street project in Hoboken. Prior to his work with the firm, Mr. Waller served in the investments department of the Lefrak Organization. Prior to Lefrak he was involved in the management of acquisitions, entitlement and construction of over 500 sites in the Mid-Atlantic States for both public and private companies. Before entering the real estate industry, Mr. Waller was an officer in the United States Navy where he held assignments in the Western Pacific and Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Waller holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia University.
