John Larkin has 14 years of professional experience focusing on strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder adoption with particular emphasis in international, multi-sectoral health.

As a Senior Associate with Booz Allen’s Global Health Services Team, Mr. Larkin leads the Firm’s emergent multisectoral public health business. In this capacity, he is responsible for oversight of the Firm’s work in support of the Partnership for Supply Chain Management. This is the consortium directed by the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to establish supply chain infrastructure for the delivery of HIV/AIDS drugs and supplies to the developing world. This work involves participation in the program senior leadership team as well as ovesight for each of Booz Allen’s strategic and technical inputs to the project in areas ranging from procurement strategy, strategic communications, knowledge management, program monitoring and evaluation, demand generation, country work-planning, and others.

Mr. Larkin has worked extensively with a number of clients across the international public health landscape including The Global Fund to Fight HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (The Global Fund), the World Health Organization, and the Department of Health and Human Services as well as numerous private sector clients.

Mr. Larkin holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts
