Patricia Doykos Duquette is Director of the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation, whose two-part mission is to strengthen the communities in which company employees live and to reduce health disparities by bringing together the power of health solutions and the power of communities. She has responsibility for health programming strategy, partnership development, and grant making globally for the Foundation and provides technical assistance to company functions on charitable giving and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Ms. Duquette has developed partnerships and grants and run demonstration projects for a variety of disease areas and health issues ranging from women's health to HIV/AIDS to cancer, diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2002, Ms. Duquette worked in the International Corporate Affairs group at BMS, where she had developed and executed programs to educate media, patient advocacy groups, and policymakers about the company's innovations in HIV/AIDS and cancer.

Ms. Duquette received her B.A. from Dartmouth College, her M.A. in German Literature from the University of Virginia, and her Ph.D. in Cultural Studies and German Literature from New York University.
