Reemah Sen manages Robin Hood’s management assistance work in the area of Organization Development. This includes meeting grant recipients needs in organization design, staffing and succession planning and leadership development. She also oversees Robin Hood’s work in board recruitment and development, fundraising and branding and marketing. The management assistance team provides services to almost 100% of Robin Hood grantees (over 200 groups at this time), either directly or using vendors and/or pro-bono partners.

Ms. Sen has over 15 years of experience in management consulting; over 10 of these years were spent in the private sector. Prior to joining Robin Hood in 2002, Ms. Sen was a senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she led large organizational change projects for Fortune 500 clients. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MA in Organization Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
