Lindsay Kruse '06, Director of Leadership Development, Uncommon Schools

Lindsay KruseLindsay Kruse is the Director of Leadership Development for Uncommon Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization that starts and manages outstanding urban college preparatory charter schools in the Northeast. Prior to this role, Ms. Kruse served as the Director of Operations where she supported school Operations leaders in leadership development, systems-building and operational excellence.

Mrs. Kruse received her MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Social Enterprise in 2006 and is the winner of the Joanne Martin Award for Excellence in Public and Nonprofit Management. Previously, Mrs. Kruse worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young /Capgemini and was on the founding team for the School Evaluation Services project for Standard and Poor’s, now SchoolMatters.com. She was an Associate Resident in the Broad Residency in Urban Education and holds a BS from Cornell University.
