Diane
Keefe
CBS '84, VP
and Portfolio Manager, Pax World Funds
Diane Keefe is the
portfolio manager for the first high yield bond fund established with
comprehensive social screens. Ms. Keefe joined the Pax World Management
Corp. in April, 1999 to spearhead this new business for the Pax World
Fund Family. Ms. Keefe has specialized in High Yield bonds since 1989.
Prior to founding the Pax World High Yield Fund, Ms. Keefe was a Director
in the Global Rates Dept. at SBC Warburg Dillon Read. Her career on
the trading floor spanned 12 years.
She has an MBA in
Finance from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and was
granted the CFA designation in 1992. She is a member of the New York
Society of Securities Analysts and the Association of Investment Management
and Research. She has a BA in Political Economy from Wellesley College,
Class of ’79.
Since 1986, she
has served on the Board of Directors of Co-op America, a national non-profit
organization whose mission is to harness the economic power of socially
responsible businesses and individuals as consumers and investors to
create a social just and environmentally responsible society, and has
served as its Chairperson for the last 5 years. She is a member of the
Board of Directors of the Norwalk Land Trust in Connecticut, a member
of the Board of Trustees, New York Yearly Meeting, Religious Society
of Friends, and a member of the Peace and Service Committee of the Wilton,
CT Monthly Meeting, Religious Society of Friends, (Quakers), a Trustee
of Friends Seminary in New York City and a member of the Board of Directors
of the National Community Capital Association.
She is married to
John Levin, a hedge fund portfolio manager and human rights activist.
They have two children and reside in New York City and Norwalk, Ct.
