Deborah Widerkehr

CBS '87, Vice President, CPC Resources

Deborah Widerkehr has over 15 years of experience in real estate and finance. She is Vice President at CPC Resources, Inc., a developer of affordable housing in New York. She is responsible for identifying potential sites and arranging financing for the development. Prior to joining CPCR, she was Director of the Vacant Building Program for the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and oversaw the sale and rehabilitation financing for 41 properties with over 2100 apartments. She has a MBA in Finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from Wellesley College.
