Matthew DiLauri

Senior Manager, Professionals for Nonprofits

Matthew DiLauri is a senior manager overseeing company-wide operations at PROFESSIONALS for NONPROFITS (PNP), a NYC based staffing firm providing temp, consulting and perm staff to nonprofits. Shortly after graduating college with honors, Mr. DiLauri began his career in television and within two years was one of the youngest producers to work on a nationally syndicated TV show. Having sharpened his ability to manage large-scale projects from concept to completion, he shifted his focus and, after working as a consultant for Martha Stewart, Mr. DiLauri moved into process management and staffing. In the late 1990’s, he ran a program at a large foundation serving NY’s aging population. Having successfully rebuilt the program’s curriculum and operation, allowing the organization to exceed government standards, he moved on to work at PNP. He now brings his nonprofit staffing and operating expertise to you.
