Rosanna Perry Stephens

Senior Program Associate, Nonprofit Venture Network, Seedco

Ms. Stephens is a Senior Program Associate in the Community Economic Development Department. She is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the Nonprofit Venture Network, which offers community-based nonprofit organizations a comprehensive package of technical assistance and financing designed to enhance their capacity to launch Social Purpose Businesses. Prior to working at Seedco, Ms. Perry was a graduate assistant for the Annie E. Casey Children and Families Fellowship program at the Wagner School. She has also worked as a paralegal for the Department of Justice. Ms. Stephens holds a Masters in Public Administration from New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Barnard College.
