Toby
Sherman
Director of Foodservice,
Greyston Foundation
Toby Sherman has
been the Director of Foodservice for the Greyston Foundation since January
2002. She oversees the Greyston Health Services Café, which serves
three meals daily to participants in Greyston’s HIV/AIDS Programs.
She also is in charge of the recently opened Greyston Bakery Café.
Prior to her employment at Greyston, Ms. Sherman was employed by Common
Ground Community overseeing their three Ben & Jerry’s ice
cream shops and workplace training programs. She has also worked as
a Retail Operations Field Consultant for Ben & Jerry’s and
has over 15 years restaurant management experience.
