Wai Look

Manager, Business Volunteers for the Arts, Arts and Business Council, Inc.

Wai Look serves as the director of the New York affiliate of the Business Volunteers for the Arts program. She is responsible for the recruitment, training, and placement of business professionals as volunteer management consultants with arts organizations throughout the five boroughs. Ms. Look previously served as Orchestra Manager for The New York Pops, where she managed operations for the orchestra's Carnegie Hall series, international and domestic touring, educational outreach programs, as well as fundraising and special events. A native New Yorker, Ms. Look is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College. She currently serves on the board of the Artists Community Federal Credit Union, the Asian American Arts Alliance, as well as the steering committee of the New York Technical Assistance Providers Network. In addition, she has served as a panelist for the New Jersey State Council on the Arts and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council's Fund for Creative Communities program.
