Become a consultant for Pangea Advisors! Pangea Advisors selects skilled and motivated Columbia Business School students to work with innovative international development organizations on targeted consulting engagements. Selected students work with their team and a mentor throughout the semester to provide high impact deliverables to our clients.
Requirements
- Students must form teams of three to four students.
- Students must commit three to five hours each per week to project execution and administration.
- All applicants must be members of the Social Enterprise Club (SEC) to be eligible to participate in a project, and students must join the club once they are staffed on a project (if not already members).
- For projects associated with travel, students must be on-site / in the designated project location for a minimum of five days. Students must not miss class or exams, or request exams or course activities be rescheduled, to travel for Pangea.

Course Credit
Students are eligible to receive 1.5 course credits for participating in a consulting project with Pangea Advisors. Each team must decide at the beginning of the project if it is interested in registering for credit and must find a professor to oversee and provide a grade for its work.
